Carved from a large block of solid lime wood, it keeps the natural weight and warmth of the tree, and its layered blue washes fade from deep glacial blue at the base to snowy white at the peak, just the way light hits real ice. Placing animals on its ledges takes a careful little hand, and gives play a real sense of up high and down low.
