The Sunflower stands tallest in the Bumbu garden, her bright yellow face always turned to follow the sun. She's the confident one, full of summer warmth, and a cheerful companion for stories about long, golden days and gardens in full bloom.
Carved in Romania from solid maple or linden, her petals are shaped with a soft, ruffled texture you can feel, and painted by hand so the natural wood grain still shows through. Her smooth stem is easy for little hands to hold, stack, and stand tall in a scene.
