Do the markers have two colours or two tip sizes?
Two colours. Each marker holds a different shade at each end, which is how twelve pens deliver twenty-four colours. If your artist wants a wider palette, the 24-pack works the same way and offers 48 colours in total.
Will the markers bleed through paper?
On regular printer paper you'll get some show-through, especially where a child colours over the same spot a few times. Thicker drawing or cartridge paper handles them beautifully with no bleed, and slipping a scrap sheet underneath is an easy fix for thinner pages and colouring books.
